Organisations evolve.

Teams move.

Priorities accelerate.

In those moments, people look for clarity and direction, not more complexity. Someone who quickly reads the situation, moves with them, draws out strengths and brings calm and focus.

That's when I'm at my best.

I don't work alongside my clients, but among them. I turn what is complex and urgent into steps that teams actually take. That is how I close the gap between strategy and day-to-day work.

Programmes that accelerate progress

A workshop you tick off a list rarely gets anything moving. Progress needs someone who comes back, follows up and adjusts course. That is why I work in programmes.

What a programme looks like, we decide together. It can be one or two fixed days a week over an agreed period, or a more intensive commitment around a clearly defined project.

Before we start, we put in writing what we want to achieve, what I will deliver and by when. That way we both know where we stand, and we can check whether it is working.

Strategic advisory

Roles, tasks and expectations are shifting. I help you see which skills your people will need tomorrow, what talent you already have in-house, and what to tackle first.

Mentoring with leaders

Leading means making choices, often under pressure. I am your sounding board: I bring a sharp outside perspective, think along strategically and practically, and help you turn choices into concrete steps.

Mentoring with teams

Strong teams build on what already works. I work with the whole team: we discover each other’s strengths, clarify roles, and turn plans into agreements that hold.

A calm force in times of change

Calm and decisive

With years of experience in organisational development and leadership, I know how to give people and teams something solid to hold on to when things get turbulent. I stay clear-headed and act with purpose, even when the pace is high. That calm is what makes decisive action possible.

Positivity as a basis

Being positive is not a naïve choice. It is a deliberate strategy, grounded in positive psychology. People who can use their strengths and feel seen are more engaged and hold up better under pressure. That is what I build: workplaces where people give their best. I don't ignore tough challenges; I tackle them by building on what already works.

Structure amid the chaos

Complex programmes need someone who keeps the overview and connects the right people. I bring structure without losing sight of the human side. I translate the big picture into concrete steps that people understand and want to take. My MBA in International Project Management gave me the framework; experience taught me to apply it flexibly.

From complex to concrete

Every sector has its own language, dynamics and blind spots. I take the time to really understand the context: the challenges, the people, the tensions no one talks about. That is what makes the difference between generic advice and an approach that works. That is how complex becomes concrete.

Who I work with

I work with organisations that are on the move and need more than a one-off training course. A new strategy that has to land in day-to-day work. Teams that need to collaborate differently. Managers taking on more responsibility. A learning offer that no longer matches what the organisation needs.

My point of contact is usually senior management, HR or L&D. The work itself happens wherever it is needed: in the boardroom, with managers and within teams.

strategic advisory

Digitalisation, sustainability, geopolitical unrest, a tight and increasingly diverse labour market: organisations are dealing with all of it at once. The question then becomes: what does this mean for your people and their skills?

As a people-focused strategic partner, I help organisations look at learning, talent and technology as one whole, not as separate projects. Together we map out which capabilities you will need tomorrow, where they sit today and how to close the gap. The result: well-considered choices that fit your mission and hold up in practice.

Building capabilities for tomorrow's organisation

A new strategy, a reorganisation, new technology: every step forward asks something different of people. Which capabilities will the organisation need? Which ones are already there? And how do you build the rest without bringing day-to-day work to a halt? I help organisations map this out clearly and act on it with focus. I help develop the roadmap, align roles, learning and development, and strengthen managers so they can bring their teams along. Strategic where it has to be, hands-on wherever possible.

The result is clarity. Managers have the language and the footing to make development a topic of conversation. Employees understand how learning contributes to their own growth and to the organisation's ambitions. Learning becomes a strategic lever for lasting progress.

Retaining and harnessing talent

A single, fixed career path no longer exists. People want to keep learning, switch roles and have a say in how their career unfolds, in line with the stage of life they are in. Organisations want to retain that talent and use it where it counts. I help bring the two together. In practice, that means designing development conversations and coaching managers to lead them, strengthening performance dialogues, mapping out clear career paths, or bringing to light talent that is currently underused. The focus shifts from assessing to developing.

I have been designing learning and talent programmes for more than twenty years, in a wide range of organisations. What I have learned: people only move forward when the conversation is honest. Employees who know their strengths take ownership. Managers who coach well keep their people. That is why I design everything to be simple enough to actually use, and robust enough to make a difference.

Mentoring with leaders

As a manager, you are often on your own. A new role, a difficult decision, a team that isn't keeping up: not everything can be discussed with the people you work alongside.

Mentoring gives you a sounding board: a calm, sharp outside perspective. I think with you at a strategic level and help you turn choices into concrete action. We bring order to what feels unclear and take time to reflect where it is needed. We work from your strengths, so you can use them more deliberately.

Leading self

Good leadership starts with self-awareness: knowing what drives you, what gives you energy and what you do under pressure. Many managers will recognise this. Your diary is overflowing, everything seems urgent and your own priorities keep getting pushed back. In this programme, we work out together which patterns lie behind that. We sharpen your priorities and turn insights into concrete actions, building on your strengths.

The result: more calm and clearer choices. You act less from outside pressure and more from your own sense of direction. Your team will notice it too.

Leading change

When a lot is shifting, your team looks to you. People want clarity, stability and confidence, while you don't have all the answers yourself.

I help you stay on course when structures, priorities or the wider context change. We work on clear communication, setting expectations and dealing with resistance and uncertainty.

The result: you stay constructive, even when things are uncertain, and you bring your team with you.

Mentoring with teams

Sometimes a team gets stuck. After a reorganisation, with new colleagues, or because work moves so fast that no one stops to think about how the team works together. That is when I work with the team as a whole.

We look at shared goals, collaboration and what is going on between people. The conversations stay close to day-to-day practice, with room to be honest, share experiences and learn together.

Clarifying roles

A lot of tension in teams comes from a lack of clarity. Who is responsible for what? Who decides? What do we expect from each other?

I help teams make roles and expectations explicit. We bring structure to how meetings and decisions work, and put into words what has so far gone unsaid. We also look at what is going well: which strengths complement each other?

The result: less noise and more ownership. Team members know what is expected of them and how they strengthen each other. That brings calm, and you see it in the quality of the work.

Putting plans into practice

A strategic plan only means something once it shows up in the work. Yet many initiatives get stuck at good intentions, scattered across teams and priorities.

I work with teams to translate strategic choices into clear projects, clear responsibilities and a workable rhythm of follow-up. We build that rhythm into the way the team already works, so it doesn't become an extra layer on top of the job.

The result: plans that move forward, and a team that knows what it is working on and why.

Good to know

My focus is on medium-sized and large organisations. That is where my experience lies, and where strategy, structure and people come together most strongly. Are you a smaller organisation with a clear question? Feel free to get in touch, and we'll look together at whether I'm the right person.

No. Stable organisations have questions too: retaining talent, strengthening managers, sharpening collaboration. A calmer period is often the best time to work on these.

I work mainly in Flanders and Brussels, in Dutch, English and French. Many companies also have teams abroad, and I'm open to travelling. For assignments elsewhere, we'll look together at what is possible.

Yes, usually. HR knows the organisation and remains the owner of the policy. I strengthen that with an outside perspective, extra capacity and experience from other organisations.

No. A one-off workshop gives a burst of energy, but it quickly fades. I work in programmes with fixed moments, so I can follow up and adjust course. A workshop can be part of a programme, though.

For organisational programmes, I am usually on site one or two fixed days a week, or more intensively for a clearly defined project. Mentoring takes place in shorter sessions, spread over a period we agree on together.

Every programme has a clear beginning and end. The aim is for you to carry it forward yourselves afterwards. A longer collaboration is possible, for example with a fixed day a week, but always with clear agreements.

With a no-obligation introductory conversation. I then draw up a proposal with goals, approach, timing and cost. We only get started once it works for both sides.

That depends on the length and intensity of the programme. You receive a clear quote in advance, with no surprises afterwards.

Partly. Mentoring works well online. For team programmes and organisational work, I prefer to be on site at least part of the time, because that is where I see how people really work together.

At the start, we agree on what we want to achieve. Along the way, we review progress together and adjust where needed. That keeps it concrete and measurable.

Yes. I help managers prepare, deliver the right message and bring their team along afterwards. The legal and HR-administrative side stays with your HR department or legal adviser.
